        1. Preparations for Weichai generator before pulling out the rotor:
        1. The oil pipes of the lower end covers on both sides of the electric excitation of Weichai generator, the thermal measuring points and electrical measuring components of the diesel generator set manufacturer have all been removed (without preventing the lower end cover from sinking)
        2. The rooting point of the Weichai generator rotor has been completed, and the hoist has been installed (requirements: the power cord is connected and the operation is normal)
        3. The Weichai generator rotor has been set to the large tooth position, and the diesel generator set manufacturer will install the traction tool for extracting the rotor in place.
        4. Install the rotor shaft lifter on the steam side
        5. All special tools for extracting rotors have been prepared
        2. Pumping Weichai generator rotor:
        1. The lower end cover of the sinking side:
        1.1 Lift the journal of the rotor excitation end with a crane, and put laminated cardboard between the rotor and the stator core, so that the central axis of the rotor is slightly higher than the axis of the stator core by 0.5~2mm
        1.2 Take out the Weichai generator excitation side bearing bush, and the hoist will sink the lower half end cover of the excitation end, so as not to hinder the extraction of the rotor;
        a) Use two 5-ton chain hoists to vertically sink the lower half end cover of the excitation end to the platform, and insert a wooden block between the end face of the body and the end cover. Note that the block should be wrapped with white cloth.
        b) A sinking suspension bracket is installed on each side of the end cover, so that the end cover is suspended on the foundation sleeper on the excitation side of the generator.
        2. Installation of special slide plate for extracting rotor:
        2.1 Lift the rotor on the excitation side while driving, take out the laminated plate between the rotor and the stator core,
        2.2 Use the prepared iron wire to pass through the gap between the stator and rotor of the generator at the excitation end, and pass it out at the end of the steam side.
        WARNING: Put a protective cover on the top of the wire to prevent damage to the core
        2.3 Introduce a polyester glass rope of φ8mm×15m with the iron wire that penetrates into the bore
        2.4 Pull the rubber plate of the stator core protective layer with a rope from the steam end to cover the bottom area of the stator core. (While wearing the iron core to protect the laminated cardboard, a polyester glass rope of φ8mm×15m is brought in for traction skateboard)
        2.5 Raise the rotor at the excitation end by driving, insert it into the special sliding plate, and insert the special sliding block between the rotor iron core and the sliding plate. (Smear a thin layer of paraffin wax and Vaseline on the skateboard, and bring in a φ8mm×15m for pulling the slider when it is inserted into the skateboard)
        warn:
        a) The sliding plate must not rest on the stator coil or the support ring of the end coil.
        b) The sliding plate must not be in contact with the inner circle of the stator iron core, and the stator iron core must not be damaged.
        c) After confirming that the axial centerline of the sliding plate has been placed in the axial center of the bottom of the stator core, the four corners of the sliding plate are fixed with ropes.
        d) Do not stand or support by hand on the support ring of the stator coil or end coil.
        e) The parts such as the end windings of the excitation end and the insulating water pipes cannot be damaged.
        2.6 Pull the sliding block from the steam side to the front 50 mm of the inner side of the steam side retaining ring. At this time, the center line of the sliding block must be adjusted to coincide with the center line of the sliding plate, which can be adjusted by pulling the rope tied to the sliding block.
        2.7 Insert the laminated plate between the rotor iron core and the sliding plate on the excitation side, and keep the central axis of the rotor slightly higher than the axis of the stator iron core by 0.5~2mm.
        3. Lower end cover of sinking steam side:
        3.1 Install a protective gasket at the installation sling of the rotor journal.
        3.2 Use the crane to cooperate with the axle-lifting frame, and pull out the lower half-bearing of the steam side.
        3.3 Slightly lift the steam-side rotor by driving, loosen the two top screws of the axle-lifting frame, and then drop the rotor so that the rotor is completely seated on the steam-side slider and the excitation-side laminate.
        3.4 Install the suspension bracket for the lower end cover of the steam side, and sink the lower end cover of the steam side to the foundation sleeper on the steam side. A wooden block is placed between the end cover and the joint surface of the stator for protection. Note that the block should be wrapped with white cloth.
        4. Install the steam side rotor carriage:
        The 0.5t hoist cooperates with the auxiliary hook to install the carriage at the steam side journal. Use 2 mm cardboard to protect the journal where the carriage is installed in advance, and the fixing screws of the carriage may not be tightened first. The sliding arc surface of the bottom of the carriage that is in contact with the slide plate must be coated with a thin layer of Vaseline.
        Warning: Put rubber pads on the stator ends and the exposed part of the stator core at both ends of the steam and the excitation, and overlap with the arc sliding plate to prevent foreign objects from entering the gaps of the end windings.
        5. Pull the rotor
        5.1 Select the correct anchor point and install the winch between the Weichai generator rotor excitation end and the anchor point.
        5.2 Slowly lift the excitation side rotor while driving, and take out the laminated cardboard between the excitation side rotor iron core and the sliding plate.
        5.3 The level gauge adjusts the height of the rotor on the excitation side so that the rotor is in a horizontal position.
        5.4 Start the hoist, slowly drag the rotor to the excitation side, and at the same time, the driving side of the excitation side moves to the excitation side. (In the whole process of pulling out the rotor, the propelling speed of the rotor is not more than 0.5 m/min)
        Warning: From now on, there must be two experienced electrical personnel on both sides of the generator steam and the excitation to monitor the real-time process. If there is any doubt, stop immediately, and the information transmission can be ensured in a timely and smooth manner.
        5.5 Continue to move the rotor. When the carriage is about to go on the arc slide, lower the rotor excitation side slightly, so that the steam side of the rotor is slightly tilted, so that the carriage can enter the slide smoothly, and the guardians on the steam side can enter the stator chamber together with the carriage. Inside.
        5.6 After the journal sliding frame completely enters the sliding plate, the monitoring personnel in the steam side chamber adjust the position of the sliding frame so that the axial centerline of the sliding frame coincides with the axial centerline of the sliding frame, and then tighten the fixing screws of the sliding frame.
        5.7 Raise the rotor at the excitation end slowly, so that the weight of the steam side of the rotor is transferred from the rotor slider to the journal carriage, adjust the height of the rotor and keep the rotor in a horizontal state
        warn:
        a) The journal carriage must fully enter the stator core so that it can carry the rotor gravity
        b) The journal carriage must be carefully aligned along the axial direction, otherwise, it may cause the rotor to roll off the carriage and damage the iron core.
        5.8 Driving synchronous traction pulls the rotor to continue to move smoothly to the excitation side.
        5.9 When the rotor's center of gravity has moved to a position suitable for hoisting outside the end face of the stator housing, stop moving and slowly lower the rotor so that the weight of the rotor's steam end falls on the journal carriage, and the weight of the excitation end falls on the special bracket. Pay attention to the force on the platform (bracket).

        5.10 Loosen the car hook and untie the traction rope.
