All-copper brushless alternators have the following advantages
1. High efficiency and low energy consumption. The application of brushless motors is being vigorously promoted all over the world, which has a lot to do with the performance advantages of brushless itself. From the perspective of energy consumption, it is indeed the general trend.
2. Low noise (silent) and smooth operation. The brushless motor has no brushes, the friction force is greatly reduced during operation, the operation is smooth, and the noise will be much lower. This is an advantage for many applications, such as home appliances, industrial automation, medical industries, etc., all need a quiet environment .
3. Long life and low maintenance cost. The structural characteristics of the brushless motor determine its long life. Within a reasonable range of use, the brushless motor basically does not require additional maintenance costs.
4.The pure copper core motor is quieter. Noise energy doubles for every 3 dB increase in noise on average. The noise of the aluminum wire motor is 7 decibels higher than that of the copper wire motor, so the noise of the aluminum wire motor is more than twice the noise of the copper wire motor. The noise test of the pure copper wire motor water pump is only 58 decibels.
