About The Genset
The model of Beidou Power Yuchai series 1800KW diesel generator set is BD-Y1800, the main power of the unit is 1800KW (2250KVA), and the standby power of the unit is 1980KW (2475KVA). The main part of the unit consists of diesel engine, alternator and controller. The diesel engine part uses authentic Guangxi Yuchai diesel engine, the diesel engine model is YC12VC3000-D30, the diesel engine power is 2000KW, and the maximum diesel engine power is 2200KW. The alternator part adopts all-copper brushless motor. All-copper is better than all-aluminum in terms of current stability. The brand of alternator adopts Beidou power brand, or can also be customized into Stanford, Lilai, Marathon and other brands required by customers. The controller part adopts a computer control module with four protections.

Engine Basics
1.Electronic unit pump, four-vale structure, high-efficient turbocharged inter cooled, and Yuchai combustor technologies are adopted for realizing low fuel consumption, less emission, outstanding speed governing performance, and fast and high-quality loading.
2.High-strength material, reinforced gird structure with cambered surface, 4-bolt main bearing structure, are adopted for the engine body; thus the engine body is characterized by high stiffness, slight vibration, and low noise.
3.The crankshaft is made of high-quality alloy steel by using all fiber extrusion forging process, and the journal and cirular bead are subject to quenching heat treatment for improving wear resistance and prolonging service life.
