Weichai Baudouin is a brand new company established after Weichai Co., Ltd. acquired Baudouin in France. Baudouin was one of the three major marine engine suppliers. On the basis of Baudouin's technology and R&D capabilities, Weichai has established one of the largest engine world-class R&D centers in the world today. It has developed higher-end, higher-power engine products and a larger international market share for Weichai. Beidou Power's Weichai series diesel generator sets have stable and reliable performance, high voltage regulation accuracy, good dynamic performance, compact structure and long service life. High altitude, high temperature, high cold, and "three highs" experiments are carried out all year round, with strong environmental adaptability. Quick start, and can reach full power quickly. It only takes a few seconds, and the shutdown process with full load (normally 5~30MIN) within 1 minute of emergency is short, and it can start and stop frequently.

Beidou Power Weichai series diesel generator set is mainly composed of authentic Weichai Power diesel engine, three-phase AC brushless synchronous generator, control box (screen), cooling water tank, coupling, fuel tank, muffler and public base and other components. overall. The flywheel shell of the diesel engine and the axial direction of the front end cover of the generator are directly connected by shoulder positioning, and a cylindrical elastic coupling is used to directly drive the rotation of the generator by the flywheel. It is connected into a steel body to ensure that the concentricity of the crankshaft of the diesel engine and the rotor of the generator is within the specified range. In order to reduce the vibration of the unit, shock absorbers or rubber shock pads are usually installed at the connection between the main components such as diesel engine, generator, water tank and electrical control box and the common base.

In addition to the standard configuration of Beidou Weichai series generator sets (Weichai diesel engine, Beidou all-copper brushless self-excited motor, Zhongzhi self-starting control system), customers can also choose different configurations according to their needs. The motor can be selected from Stanford, Leroy Somer, Marathon and other brands, and the controller can be selected from Deepsea, Comai and other brands. It can also be equipped with automatic switching, remote control module, rainproof box, silent box, container body, mobile trailer, etc. It can support customer requirements to customize the color and spraying scheme of the box.
